Paradoxical Prologue

The main quest in The Giant is called Paradoxical Prologue. Our Primis crew's goal in this quest is to activate the Fly Trap and light the beacon.

While this quest is identical to the Der Riese Fly Trap side easter egg, The Giant's version is considered a main quest since it is required for the Black Ops 3 Super Easter Egg allowing you to spawn in with a RK5.

Requirements

The only requirement is to have a Pack-a-Punched weapon.

Activating the Fly Trap

Head to the area just outside the Teleporter A building to the right of the Spawn when facing Pack-a-Punch. Look out toward the window in the distance to see a control panel that you must shoot using a Pack-a-Punched weapon.

This will spawn three items you must find and shoot around the map. The locations of these items are the same in every game and are located as follows:

Once completed, Maxis will say: "I see it, the beacon is lit! I know where and when you are! Sooner or later, I will find you. Together we will ensure a better future for the children".

Acquiring the Annihilator

Head to the furnace inside the room below Teleporter B to the left of the spawn when facing Pack-a-Punch to find the Annihilator special weapon you can interact with and equip.
