Bell Free Perk

This side quest has players ring the bell acquired for the Metal Hip Flask ritual from the main quest 115 times to receive a random perk power-up.

Requirements

You must have obtained the Ray Gun MKII-Wraith Fire and opened the Liminal Portal related to that variant in the Distillery. You can learn how to do exactly this in our main quest guide.

You will not be able to place down the bell until the Liminal Portal in the Distillery has been opened and entered.

Step 1: Pick up the Bell

Head to the Study and look in one of three possible locations for the bell and interact with it to pick it up.

Step 2: Obtain the Metal Hip Flask

Head to the Overlook and place the bell on the bar location exactly as done for the main quest. Then get Brain Roton your bullet weapon and rot a zombie near the bar and ring the bell to have the zombie jump over the counter and obtain the Metal Hip Flask for you.

Once you have the Metal Hip Flask, you can proceed to ring the bell 115 times to obtain a free random perk power-up that will spawn in front of the bar.

It's fine if you go over 115 times so feel free to spam the interact key/button to get the free perk. You can ring the bell pretty fast so it is not as tedious as it sounds.
