Ascension
Casimir Mechanism
The main quest for Ascension is called Casimir Mechanism. During this quest, the goal for the Ultimus crew is to repair the Casimir Mechanism and free Anton Gersh.
Requirements
This quest can only be completed with four players, you'll also need to acquire 4 items from the mystery box to complete this quest fully. Those items are:
Gersh Device
Pack-a-Punched Thundergun (Zeus Cannon)
Matryoshka Dolls
Pack-a-Punched Ray Gun (Porter's X2 Ray Gun)
Turned the power on
You can begin the quest once you've acquired the Gersh Device and turned on the power.
Recommended Gobblegums
If you are doing this main quest in the Black Ops 3 version, you can optionally take advantage of the Gobblegums to make your experience easier and/or more enjoyable.

Power Generator Step
Using a Gersh Device, a player must go to the rubble left of the MP5K/RK5 wall buys or right of the staircase up towards the PhD Flopper/Widow's Wine machine, and behind that rubble, you'll see a power generator that you must suck into the Gersh Device by throwing one close to the generator. If failed, you'll hear Samantha Maxis laugh and the Gersh Device will disappear, try again until the generator gets sucked up.
Once completed, you'll hear Gersh urge you to hurry and continue, make your way to the Lunar Lander by Stamin-Up, and in the corner of the lunar pad room there is a computer with a bright screen emitting a high-pitched sound that you must interact with. After interacting with the computer you should see an Illuminati-like symbol on the screen signifying the completion of step 1.
Buttons Step
This step can only be completed during a Monkey round and requires four players. These monkey rounds occur every four to seven rounds only when the power is turned on and at least one player has purchased a perk.
Once the monkey round begins, four buttons will appear out of the walls near a select few perk machines:
Each of the four players must be at one of these buttons and press them simultaneously, if done incorrectly all players will hear a buzzing sound, and if done correctly all players should hear a beeping sound as well as a message, and, the pod should now have 2 lights active signifying the completion of step 2.
Clock Step
To complete this step you must have launched the rocket to open the Pack-a-Punch Machine room. All players must gather outside the Pack-a-Punch room on the big pressure plate in front of the clock on the wall and remain there for two minutes.
If a player steps off the pressure plate the timer will reset and you will have to start over. If done successfully a nuke will go off ending the round, and the pod should have 3 lights active signifying the completion of step 3.
Letter Step
This step has the player collect floating letters in the sky in a certain order to spell out the word "LUNA".
To complete this step you must have the lunar lander at the spawn room, have one player stand on the lunar lander in the spawn room while another player calls the lander from the Stamin-Up location, this will collect the letter 'L'.
Now with the lander at Stamin-Up have a player on the lander while another player calls the lander back to spawn, this will collect the letter 'U'.
Repeat, this time having a player inside the lander while another player calls the lander to the Sickle wall buy/near Speed Cola, this will collect the letter 'N'.
Finally, have a player in the lander while another player calls the lander back to Stamin-Up, this will collect the final letter 'A' spelling out the word "LUNA". All four lights on the pod should be active signifying the completion of this step.
Final Step
For the final step, head back to the pod near the Stamin-Up machine, players should hear a howling-like sound and see a glowing white orb on the ground. To complete this step, players need to pump as much damage as possible into this orb, during the duration of a Gersh Device to free Gersh.
The best way to achieve this is to throw a Gersh Device onto the orb, then for the duration of the Gersh Device shoot the orb with Pack-a-Punched Ray Gun and Thundergun shots as well as some Matryoshka Dolls.
Once completed, Gersh will thank Ultimus for freeing him and you'll see the white orb floating into the sky. Each player will then be given a Death Machine that lasts 90 seconds (along with all perks for the Black Ops 3 Version).
