Nosferatu and Crimson Nosferatu are weak to the Silver Bullets upgrade that you can apply to any bullet weapon, so obtaining them is extremely important. Staying mobile is key as these fast-moving enemies can get the jump on you quickly, removing your ability to regenerate health. Utilize the map wonder weapon, Allistair's Folly, and its upgrades to help you defeat these enemies.
Your Special Weapon can be used as a fallback if you are getting overwhelmed, and the Hellion Salvo is a great pair with the map wonder weapon to ensure you can take out these enemies quickly. The Wraith Fire equipment is also extremely effective against these enemies since they are usually within the group of normal zombies, giving you amazing crowd control.
Fury & Wrath
Fury and Wrath are the final bosses in the map IX's main quest Venerated Warrior, appearing as two war elephants with heavy armor.
