Free Aether Tool

This side quest has players shoot two waterfalls either using the Staff of Ice wonder weapon or any weapon with the Cyro Freezeammo mod equipped to earn an Epic or Legendary Aether Tool depending on the round you complete this quest on.

Completing this quest on Round 11 or higher will earn a Epic Aether Tool. Completing it on Round 21 or higher will earn a Legendary Aether Tool. Any round below Round 11 will only earn a Rare Aether Tool so it is strongly encourage to wait until at least Round 11 for a huge boost in power.

Waterfall Locations

Both waterfalls are located near the Crafting Table in the Dark Aether Nexus, with one being behind the table and the other being in front of it adjacent to the other waterfall.

Simply, shoot each waterfall with a Cyro Freezeweapon or the Staff of Ice to spawn in a Rare, Epic, or Legendary Aether Tool on the small platform between the two waterfalls depending on the round you completed this quest.
