Jumpscare Free Perk

This side quest has players look through windows on the map to find a red glow of a creepy ghost lady four times, likely a reference to the ghosts from the Buried mansion, unlocking a jumpscare in the Nursery where you can claim your rewards.

Requirements

A gun with a thermal scope seems to be required to actually complete this side quest, it also helps spotting the ghost in the window much easier as you can see her heat signature instead of looking for glowing red eyes. You also must be on or past Round 13 for the ghost to start spawning.

Step 1: Find the Ghost

There are many windows around the outside of the mansion that the ghost can spawn in, you can look for her using the thermal scope to easily spot her via the heat signature, but you can also spot her via glowing red eyes that will appear on the window she is currently at even when not using a thermal scope.

You must find her four total times in a window and look at her until she moves to another window, once you have done that four times you have completed the first step of this side quest.

Step 2: Activate the Jumpscare

Head to the Nursery and interact with the mirror left of baby crib to get the Jumpscare where you will then be prompted to interact again to claim your rewards, including a free perk and scorestreak.
