Spawn Behavior
In Shadows of Evil, keepers spawn in during all rituals, and during certain Main Quest steps. In Der Eisendrache, one keeper appears during the Main Quest to aid Primis in the return of the M.P.D. In Zetsubou No Shima, keepers spawn during the Skull of Nan Sapwe ritual. Finally, in Revelations, keepers spawn during rituals, certain Main Quest steps, and naturally through out the rounds.
Combat Strategy
Keepers do not have a lot of health and don't do a lot of damage. Any weapon will kill a keeper quickly, as these enemies are mainly significant for the storyline.

Insanity Elementals, commonly referred to as Meatballs are special enemies appearing on the map Shadows of Evil, dropping from the sky and rolling into the fight.
